Twice the Drying Expertise!

By working together with Büttner Energie- und Trocknungstechnik GmbH, NEWeco-tec is now able to offer even more needs-based solutions for precision product drying. Büttner is a company based in Krefeld, Germany, that made its name in rotary dryers, while NEWeco-tec is a world leader in compact belt dryers. Working hand in hand enables both companies to expand their portfolios, pool their expertise and strengthen their position in the global market. The two companies are also connected by their aim to further optimize processes for even better resource efficiency in future. NEWeco-tec is already setting new environmental and financial standards by using process heat at low temperatures. Together, the two companies plan to use even more of the potential in this area. “Partnering with NEWeco-tec allows us to expand our business activity in a way that makes sense for us and it provides a firm foundation to develop pioneering innovations,” reports Andreas Klug, Managing Director of Büttner Energie- und Trocknungstechnik GmbH. The benefits are felt more widely than the companies themselves: The wider range of different types of dryer primarily responds to customer requirements. As well as benefiting from a broader choice of systems, customers will be able to lean on even greater experience and expertise in the drying sector. The first joint projects by Büttner and NEWeco-tec are already underway and include some systems which use a combination of belt and rotary dryers. Potential customers are plentiful in the wood material industry, biomass and waste recycling, and even among farmers and in the chemical industry.
