NEWTainer put into operation
Do you remember the delivery of our drying plant to Turkey? Our employees have now been to our customer’s site and commissioned the plant. A very exciting and responsible task.
Our colleague Florian took this picture during the 24h performance test and explains what it’s all about:
“With the 24-hour test, we prove the throughput of the dryer as per contract. We even exceeded this with over 162 tons in 24 hours. The product dried in this performance case was paper mill sludge.

I was on site together with my colleague Christian and our tasks were:
- Checking the assembly of all dryer components, with regard to completeness, function and operational safety
- Inspection and test of the measurement and control technology
- Inspection and test of all safety functions
- Test of the dryer control system and adaptation to customer requirements
- Setting the parameters for drying the various products
- Integration of the customer’s feed and loading technology into the dryer process control system
